The nine-light rear doors and front lantern-style porch light bring in natural light and give the home a more residential feel. All windows are Energy Star vinyl low-E argon units sized at approximately 36 × 46 inches.

The My Girl is AC- and heat-pump-ready. On the display model, a Carrier heat pump is installed so buyers can see the full setup, from pad to line set to outdoor condenser.
