- Get pre-qualified if getting a loan. We have a list of lenders that specialize in manufactured loans.
- Pick out your home. We have several plans to choose from and 4 different manufacturers.
- Write up a purchase agreement with money down to lock in the price of the home for up to 30 days.
- Order your home. Our base price includes the delivery, set up, blocking, and leveling of your home up to 100 miles, anything over 100 will be an extra charge.
- Fill out a site locator map once you have land or know where your home will be delivered to and then we will schedule a site check.
- Prep your land with a contractor. You and a contractor are responsible for the foundation, hooking up the utilities, stairs, sidewalk, garage, skirting, tie downs and anything else that you may want construction wise for your home.
- Make sure your site is ready for the scheduled delivery. This is arranged through our delivery department.
- Once your home is delivered, blocked and leveled, you need to have the utilities hooked up so that our crew can complete the set-up of your home.
- The set-up crew will be scheduled to come to your new home to complete flooring, drywall, interior and exterior elements. The process can take approximately 30-60 days business day.
- After completion of the set-up, you will have a final walk through with our team member.
- Congratulations! You will now receive your keys to your new home!
