Customer Guidlines

  1. Get pre-qualified if getting a loan. We have a list of lenders that specialize in manufactured loans.
  2. Pick out your home.  We have several plans to choose from and 4 different manufacturers.
  3. Write up a purchase agreement with money down to lock in the price of the home for up to 30 days.
  4. Order your home.  Our base price includes the delivery, set up, blocking, and leveling of your home up to 100 miles, anything over 100 will be an extra charge.
  5. Fill out a site locator map once you have land or know where your home will be delivered to and then we will schedule a site check.
  6. Prep your land with a contractor.  You and a contractor are responsible for the foundation, hooking up the utilities, stairs, sidewalk, garage, skirting, tie downs and anything else that you may want construction wise for your home.
  7. Make sure your site is ready for the scheduled delivery.  This is arranged through our delivery department.
  8. Once your home is delivered, blocked and leveled, you need to have the utilities hooked up so that our crew can complete the set-up of your home.
  9. The set-up crew will be scheduled to come to your new home to complete flooring, drywall, interior and exterior elements.  The process can take approximately 30-60 days business day.
  10. After completion of the set-up, you will have a final walk through with our team member.
  11. Congratulations!  You will now receive your keys to your new home!
