Meet the Team

Ute does all of the Website Building & Maintenance, Title Transfers, Home Staging and Real Estate. Ute has been a Real Estate Broker since 1994 and is licensed in Washington and Idaho. She is also a Certified Home Stager and uses her talent in our Show Homes.
She has a love for the outdoors and is passionate about living a healthy and active lifestyle. Between her busy life, as a wife, mom of 4 grown children, 1 grandchild and 2 happy dogs, she spends her time in the Great Inland Northwest with her husband , friends and family.
