The Home Boys offer modular homes, manufactured homes, repo homes, used mobile homes, park model RVs, tiny homes, duplex manufactured homes, commercial offices, and much more.
In 2026, The Home Boys were named MHI Western Region Retailer of the Year, a national-level award recognizing top manufactured housing retailers across the western region, and also received Washington Manufactured Housing Association Retailer of the Year.
By having our own transport trucks, setup crews, drywall and trim crews, and pilot/escort crews to deliver and set up your home, we can save you up to 15% compared to other retailers that have to hire independent trucks and setup crews. Our low-pressure sales team also adds to our competitive edge.
The Home Boys is also a licensed real estate company serving Spokane, Tri-Cities, Montana, and the surrounding areas.
